Terms of Service

Last updated: June 27, 2026

Welcome to Reel Friends. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Justin and Casondra Lamb ("Reel Friends," "we," "us," "our") governing your use of the Reel Friends app and website at reelfriends.tv (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who can use Reel Friends

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Reel Friends only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information, not to impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity, and you're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Content you post

Reel Friends lets you post content — recommendations, comments, reactions, heads-up tags, watch-party details, profile information, and similar ("User Content"). You keep ownership of your User Content. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and share that content within the Service as needed to operate Reel Friends (for example, showing your recommendation to your friends). You're responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the right to post it.

4. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on Reel Friends.

You agree not to post content or engage in behavior that:

  • harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates any person;
  • is hateful or promotes discrimination or violence against people based on who they are;
  • is sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic, or that sexualizes minors in any way;
  • depicts or encourages violence, self-harm, or illegal activity;
  • is spam, a scam, phishing, or deliberately misleading;
  • impersonates another person, or violates someone's privacy or other rights;
  • infringes intellectual property or otherwise breaks the law.

We may remove any content and suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.

5. Reporting and blocking

Every user can:

  • Report a post, comment, or user from the relevant screen, by choosing a reason and adding optional detail; and
  • Block another user, which hides each of you from the other and removes any friend connection.

We review reports and aim to act on objectionable content within 24 hours — typically by removing the content and/or suspending the account responsible. You can review and reverse your blocks at any time from the Blocked accounts section of your profile.

6. Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion, remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that harm other users or the Service. Serious or repeated violations may result in a permanent ban.

7. Third-party content

Movie and TV information, images, and related metadata are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Streaming availability and "Watch On" links are powered by JustWatch and provided for convenience, may not be accurate or available in your region, and may change. Reel Friends is not affiliated with the streaming services it links to.

8. The Service is provided "as is"

We work hard on Reel Friends, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, accurate, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Justin and Casondra Lamb will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

12. Contact

Questions, reports, or legal notices can be sent to support@reelfriends.tv.
